While using our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, address, date of birth.
Like many App operators, we may collect information that your device sends whenever you use our App. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device type, browser type, browser version, the pages of our App that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent using the App and other statistics.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. The Intouch Appointment Manager App will only store temporary details regarding your login information, with all other personal data securely stored within the Trusts own network, and accessed only when needed for display to the end user. This data is also only accessible from within the Trust Wi-Fi network and is secured and encrypted for transmission using SSL certification.
